We at Ashland Commons want to make visitors to Ashland, Oregon feel welcome by providing pleasant, comfortable rooms, with the convenience of being within walking distance to downtown and theaters, and yet having an affordably-priced place to stay. The Commons is perfect for groups large and small as well as individuals. All three units have fully-equipped kitchens- all you need are groceries. Amenities include off-street parking, a laundry and free WiFi access through out. We are also both artists and love adding our creativity to enhance guests’ experiences.

The historic Ashland Springs Hotel is Ashland’s most prominent landmark.  The hotel was built in 1925 and served as the town’s luxurious accommodations for travelers between San Francisco and Portland.

The hotel is a nine story, 70 room facility with an adjoining restaurant, dining rooms, conference halls, gardens and day spa.  The rooms are cozy and beautiful with full baths and flat screen TV’s.  The hotel sits one block from the Shakespeare festival and in the center of Ashland’s many restaurants and shops. The hotel is also pet friendy, offers an extended continental breakfast, concierge service, late night snacks during summer months, wireless internet, parking, access to a fitness room and offers discounted rates at Waterstone Spa & Salon and has a business center.

I was recently gifted a night at the historic hotel and was treated to the simple luxuries of its famous reputation.  I walked one block to dinner at a local restaurant and then half a block to a play.  What a priveledge!

My experience at the hotel was wonderful and the next time I need “a night away”, I will head downtown to the Ashland Springs.
